Floom simply never delivered the flowers. Complete fubar. Thanks for literally nothing.

Total waste of time. Ordered flowers for my friend whose father has just died. Spent £6.99 for next day delivery and they didn’t arrive the next day. I had to spend ages trying to get to the bottom of it and am still none the wiser. Floom can’t contact the florist and propose to send me a refund but I didn’t want a refund, I want the flowers delivered on time as expected. Such a let down. Won’t be using Floom again that’s for certain.

Convenient and easy way to order flowers that are beautiful and special! Lots of options available, quick delivery, reasonable prices...highly recommend!

Attempted delivery of £70 bunch of flowers only for the deliverer to stay less than 1 minute on doortsep - elderly lady could not reach there in time. Floom failed to reattempt delivery the following day. No flowers delivered in the end. Appalling service

Do you use this company! I placed an order at 9.50am and never received my order. When I contacted them they informed me that they had spoken to the florist and that my order would be delivered by 6pm. I contacted customer service at 5.55pm and was informed that the order had not gone through as there was an issue with their system.

Do Not Order from here.

Now I have to wait 14 days for a full refund.

The delivery was ontime and I was grateful for that … but the flowers didn’t really look like what I ordered online ( I was only interested in pretty ) lots of green cheap foliage to bulk it out and the flowers were not the delicate pretty one in the picture but rather cabbage like in appearance - could have done better with a bunch of supermarket flowers for about £ 8 - I just can’t seem to find a decent florist that delivers flowers in London - disappointed ? Yes I really am Floom

This website and company is a scam! My mum ordered flowers for us that never arrived. Their customer service never called me back, then the next customer service person hung up, the chat bot was useless. Then we get an email saying the florist is unable to deliver to the area. My mum was in tears. We just hope she gets a refund.

Orchids arrived next day as requested and in very good condition. They were a 90th birthday present for a close family friend whose late husband in retirement had built his own orchidarium in Essex after they had both spent many years working and travelling in the Far East. Her verdict was “gorgeous repeat gorgeous”! The web site was user friendly too.

The flowers were relatively affordable and beautiful! The recipient loved them. I picked an understated bouquet of pink roses and white hydrangeas with greenery. The only thing that could have been better was that I did not receive delivery tracking, however I was emailed when the flowers were delivered. Would order from Floom again.

"My partner was thrilled with the bouquet -- a total surprise as I am in the USA, trying to get flowers to her, and the flowers were delivered to the Oxford Graduate Hotel precisely when promised. And I was thrilled to see that it was exactly what I had ordered. In on-line orders from other companies, I have never gotten what I ordered....this was PRECISELY what I ordered containing all her favorite colors. Thank you FLOOM!"

I am based in NZ and have tried to order flowers from other floristry websites in the UK without much luck. Floom was really easy to use, the website was easy to navigate and the person who received the flowers adores them :) thank you for letting me be able to show support to people who have recently lost a loved one, all the way from the other side of the world!

But my friend sent me a photo of the flowers that were delivered and they looked like the stock photo! Really beautiful fresh flowers. It was worth going with Floom. I was so pleased with this service. not only was i able to pick out a beautiful bouquet, but the same-day delivery was excellent, and offered a huge selection of choices. The flowers arrive a little later than expected but only by 15mins or so - completely acceptable and very pleased. I've been sent photos are i was very impressed by the arrangement and quality. Huge thanks!

Very helpful professional and did everything they could to follow instructions and help deliver them within the timeframe I needed. They helped communicate to the driver to ensure they arrived before 4pm as my wife was leaving work then. Everything was handled professionally and very impressed especially given I order them same day! Very much appreciated it and got me in the good books ?? Will certainly use again.

The flowers from Floom looked spectacular and fresh and my girlfriend was so surprised when she received them. Her colleagues also thought the flowers were beautiful!
